A: The phone hours are open from 8:00am-5:00pm, everyday. Please note certain holidays may affect these hours.
Q: What happens if I need support after hours?
A: The Text line/e-mail inbox are monitored periodically for emergency support. If it is a non-emergency, the team will respond the next business day.

Q: How do I find the right department to speak to?
A: For technical/hardware/software questions, select Option 1. If you are new partner and have onboarding/training questions, select Option 2, for Partner Success Coordinator. If you are an existing partner, and have a business/general question, select option 3 to speak with your Partner Success Manager. In addition, if you text the number, we will assign your conversation to the right Revi team member to best assist you!
